We are pet friendly at The Reserve at Barry. We allow up to 2 pets in the home with a maximum weight of 80lbs in weight for 2nd level 100lbs in weight for ground-level homes. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second. The monthly pet rent is $30/month per pet. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.
Packages are delivered to the resident door unless specifically addressed to the leasing office address with associated apartment number.

We have flexible payment options, you can pay your rent by check, money order, cashier's check, credit card, or automatic withdrawal. We offer onsite rental payments, pay-by-phone, or online rental payments through our resident portal.

Just a couple of minutes east of our community we have Line Creek Trail. This is a fully accessible 8.4 mile trail for biking, walking, running, inline skating. In addition, we have the 152 Trail which is on the other side of our community. This trail is 4.8 times long. It is fully accessible and available for biking, walking, running, inline skating.
Zona Rosa outdoor mall is just a 5-minute drive from the community. You will be hard-pressed to find another neighborhood in Kansas City to which features a Target & Walmart within a couple of minutes of eachother. We have Hy-Vee grocery store directly across the street. Aldi's is a quick drive around the corner, Sprouts is only a 10-minute drive from the community.
Starbucks is within walking distance. Friendly Bean a local coffee shop is just 10 minutes from the community.
