From designated play areas to walking paths, your furry friends have ample space to stretch their legs and socialize with other pets in the community. Understanding the importance of pets in our residents' lives, we have a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet, contributing to the upkeep of our pet-friendly facilities. Additionally, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second, ensuring that both residents and their pets can fully embrace the enriching lifestyle offered at The Reserve at Barry Apartment Homes.
